Business Analyst/ Project Manager in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst/Project Manager with a professional IT background. We are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst with previous implementation project experience in assortment and purchasing, as well as project management experience.


Key Responsibilities:
The project entails the implementation of an ERP system MVP and a web shop to manage indirect material purchases, as well as the development of the same after go-live.
Because the go live requirements are nearing completion, the objective is to participate rather than seek requirements, and instead take the lead in future phases.
Maintain an open line of communication with the company and work out specific difficulties with it.
Developers should be informed and decisions should be documented.
In the test phase, assistance is needed.
Documentation assistance
End-user education is aided by this assistance.
Taking an active role in the implementation
The project intends to implement the solution in the spring of 2022, after which it will focus on management development.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Webshop solutions and/or purchasing and assortment systems (ideally Oracle Fusion) is required.
Specifications for suppliers and standard solutions
The applicant must have high business expertise combined with a strong technological grasp, User Stories for Documentation and Jira project management tool that helps manage.
Knowledge of the retail industry is advantageous.
Experience with agile projects is preferred.
Working with multiple stakeholders in a large organisation is required.
The bridge between the company and the developers is then communicative.
Working closely with business representatives when it comes to driving; needs, collection, analysis, documentation, and verification of requirements are all analytical tasks.
Assuming responsibility; working with suppliers to ensure that the solution meets standards.
Supportive; lead sections of the problem-solving process for solution design and integration challenges.
