We are looking for a Business Analyst – Quality Applications to our head office in Malmö!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management, act as Project Leader for configuration of new processes and configuration changes.
Change Management, Change Request administration / receipt of problem reports, Change Board meetings and coordination of Change implementation.
Ensuring processes are aligned with the procedures within the Quality Management System, for example for Document Control and Design Controls.
Ensure interfaces to other IT systems are working.
Maintenance activities, incl. user administration.
Maintenance of system documentation incl. user guides and work instructions.
Plan and participate in Computerized Systems Validation.
Planning, coordination and performance of Super User training incl. preparation of training material.
Contact to stakeholders as vendors, consultants and users.
The ideal candidate:
Master´s or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study, preferably IT or Engineering.
Experience in Quality Management or related functions within Life Science, MedTech or other regulated environment.
Experience in computerized system validation.
Experience in developing and working with IT systems, databases, eDMS, Trackwise, ERP systems, Microsoft Office package.
Experience with project management.
Experience from holding training courses & presentations.
Good knowledge in applicable regulations and standards, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDAs QSR, GAMP.
Fluent in English.
Good communicator, intercultural and networking skills
Analytical skills and ability to translate standards and regulatory requirments to the appropriate level for the organization
Ability to work independently in a well-structured and systematic manner
