BUSINESS ANALYST - (Solna)/Remote

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst with prior expertise from implementation projects in assortment and purchasing, as well as project management experience.


Overall responsibilities:


The project entails the installation of an MVP of an ERP system and a webshop to manage indirect material purchases, as well as the development of the same after go-live.
Requirements for a number of vendors, as well as work on building a solution
Maintain an active discussion with the company and work out particular concerns with it.
Decisions should be communicated and documented to developers.
Documentation assistance
The project intends to implement the solution in the spring of 2022 and then move on to management development.
Abilities:
The bridge between the company and the developers must be communicative.
Working in close coordination with corporate representatives is required when driving.
Analytical; gather, analyse, document, and validate requirements
Assuming responsibility; ensuring that the solution satisfies criteria in collaboration with suppliers
Helpful; led sections of the effort on resolving challenges with solution design and integrations.
Knowledge and experience:
Systems for purchasing and assortment (ideally Oracle Fusion) and/or webshop solutions
Supplier requirements and standard solutions
High business expertise combined with excellent technological understanding
User Stories in Documentation
Jira is used to manage needs.
Retail business knowledge is advantageous.
Experience with agile projects is preferred.
In a huge organisation, you're used to dealing with a lot of people.
