Business Analyst Sr Spec


The Client Success team is responsible for the Business Configuration and Training services to Nasdaqs clients. In this role your responsibilities will be to guide and help our clients during the configuration- and training activities. The objective of the Business Configuration is to guide the clients to configure their business rules in the system and support the client through the whole delver project. The training will cover the functional usage of our systems and prepare the client for the test activities in the delivery project. For this purpose we facilitate, create and develop training, such as class room training, recorded remote sessions etc.


Furthermore, you will:


Lead/facilitate business configuration workshops to support the clients to configure the Risk and Pricing models.
Maintenance and development of courses and training material
Collaborate across scrum teams
Act as a Business Analyst to understand the clients business objectives and market structure


You will bring:


A degree in Mathematic/ Business/Finance, Computer Science or related discipline
Some years of work experience from financial industry, eg. Banks and/or back office
Comfortable interacting and advising clients and key stakeholders
Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal stakeholders
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment


It would be great if you have:


Technical experience/interest, perhaps working as a Functional Tester or Business Analyst
Understands training methods and training processes
