WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Oatly and its business keeps growing rapidly, we are now looking for a senior Business Analyst to join our Global Data Governance Team and manage the Stibo Systems Step-solution at Oatly to support the development of master data management and building a data-driven company. This will ensure the right data in the right time in the right system. Come and be a central part of the development team in the agile development of business applications across the company!

THE ROLE
You will support be the technical counterpart to the digital product owners. You will also work together with external consultants during implementation and planning phases and our expert on the MDM platform (STEP). You will secure the integration of the integration of the MDM-platform with other business applications. This means that you will:

Own the solution in the PLM/Step-solution
Act as the interface for technical issues and discussions between product owners, stakeholders and consultants
Support organization with STEP exports and other services
Support the master data domains specialists and global superusers in the organization with 1st and 2nd line support
Support the organization with 1st and 2nd line support of the Step-system
Work with domain expert in utilizing the masterdata system to its’ full potential
Support continuous improvement of masterdata processes and system support


WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in the role, you have a B.S. in information or data management and more than five years of work experience within system development. We also hope that you have experience from working with:


Data Modelling
Agile Development
MDM-systems
Integration work between systems



You have a “can-do-attitude” with a willingness to get your hands dirty and good stakeholder management abilities. You are a techie with a passion for processes and information management. As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
