Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in Service Cloud. (Reports and Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Objects, Fields, Data Loaders, Email Templates, Hierarchies).

What you'll do:
● Secure the delivery of consumer and business value in various initiatives through stakeholder collaboration, need analyses and the use of data and insights.
● Be the bridge between the business owners and the digital teams – translating business needs into clear digital requirements.
● Work with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the cluster to make collaboration, coordination, and communication a smooth experience for everyone involved.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
● Support colleagues with creating descriptive artifacts of the business need, guiding in securing business value, coordinating issues and risks and communicating status to numerous stakeholders.
Who you are:
● Able to identify and analyse stakeholders’ needs and you can translate these needs into requirements so that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate, and lead the implementation.
● Have good experience or good understanding of change management and the ability to communicate and visualise the change needed.
● Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
● Good knowledge of Service Cloud. (Reports and Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Objects, Fields, Data Loaders, Email Templates, Hierarchies).
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
