Business Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in managing stakeholders in a complex business environment and working with DevOps / Continuous Integration teams.

What you'll do:
● Facilitate Workshops with stakeholders, for business modelling, requirements elicitation, information modelling etc.
● Elicit, elaborate, verify, validate, and communicate requirements in an agile way in in epics, features, and user stories.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT solution definition.
● Be part of the team verifying and validating proposed solutions. This role will coordinate the requirements towards several product teams.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Customer focused and have the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner and to deliver in time with high quality.
● Good knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration teams and integration tests involving a different systems and applications.
● Experience from designing and establishing data governance organizations including data stewardship and ownership.
● Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
