Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in automotive and change management connected to IT transformations in an R&D environment.

What you'll do:
● Create robust, efficient, and improved lean processes and work methods for flow simulation of lines and in-plant logistic flows.
● Develop new methods and findings to improve the methodology, as well as apply the methods hands on.
● Lead a network of flow simulation specialists, active in different areas, with a global responsibility.
● Be part of a team of specialists with the target to innovate, define and develop the future manufacturing technologies, and set the scene for our new platforms, processes and products.
● Opportunity to improve techniques & methods, perform benchmarks and define best practices, as well as interact in a rapid developing global environment.
Who you are:
● Have previous experience from automotive and change management connected to IT transformations in an R&D environment and to start delivering quickly.
● Experience from designing and establishing data governance organizations including data stewardship and ownership.
● Have proven project management skills and an energetic approach as well as the ability to structure work and change management in a pedagogical way.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
