Assignment Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our cross functional team with end-to-end responsibility for the operation, development, methods/processes, support, and education within the PLM area. The focus will be on the Manufacturing Engineering process, utilizing the Manufacturing PLM (MPLM) product.
What You’ll Do:
· Work in an agile team based in Gothenburg
· Transform business needs into technical solutions
· Implement best practices based on application data model interpretation
· Investigate new technologies within Manufacturing Engineering
· Ensure adherence to architecture and information standards, guidelines, and principles
Who You Are:
· University degree or equivalent work experience with at least ten years of experience with Siemens PLM, primarily Teamcenter, with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering
· Good knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing development processes, with experience in delivering cars a plus
· Deep knowledge of downstream applications such as Process Simulate, Plant Simulation, and NX line designer
· Experience working in agile teams, experience with SAFe Framework a plus, global and complex environments
· Strategic and holistic perspective when examining challenges
· Fluent in English with strong communication skills
· Proactive and driven personality with a business and performance-oriented nature
· Ability to work independently with a focus on expected deliveries while also enjoying team work
