Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in conducting risk assessments and analysing regulatory policy.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for documenting requirements, writing instructions within transaction monitoring as a part of Financial Crime Prevention.
● Belong to a team working with the business processes around the TOCC IT implementation and will have a lot of interaction with the organisation.
● Work with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the cluster to make collaboration, coordination, and communication a smooth experience for everyone involved.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● 6+ years business analysis experience within banking environments and in particular transaction monitoring within the Financial Crime Prevention area and preferably throughout the European market.
● Knowledgeable about best market practice with regards to different technology for Transaction Monitoring for Financial Crime Prevention.
● Good knowledge on best practices throughout the industry both on technical level as well as on a business/operational level.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
