Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in working with global and complex environments.

What you'll do:
● Work in a cross functional team with end to end responsibility for operation, development, methods/processes, support and education within the PLM area with focus on the Manufacturing Engineering process.
● Develop new methods and findings to improve the methodology, as well as apply the methods hands on.
● Work closely together with business and transform their needs into technical solutions and Interpret application data model and implement after best practices.
● Ensures adherence to architecture standards and information standards, guidelines, and principles.
● Opportunity to improve techniques & methods, perform benchmarks and define best practices, as well as interact in a rapid developing global environment.
Who you are:
● Ten years of experience working with Siemens PLM, mainly Teamcenter with focus on Manufacturing Engineering.
● Deep knowledge about downstream applications such as Process Simulate, Plant Simulation and NX line designer.
● Have proven project management skills and an energetic approach as well as the ability to structure work and change management in a pedagogical way.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
