Description

The Business Analyst will lead and facilitate the work with gathering requirements from business and supporting the business in strategic/tactical solutions to drive change & continuous improvements for CAM.

You will focus on business analysis in the offboarding process, gap analysis and drive solutions in tech and process together with the project team. You will work cross customer segment and site.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- You have an academic degree and high organizational skills.
- You are well-organized, interested in IT and it is important that you have a customer-centric approach in everything you do since you will be managing a lot of stakeholders
- You are a true team player and have a strong capability to prioritize your work in a structured manner.
- You have experience of analyzing information and are familiar with the regulatory environment in which financial institutions operate.
- You have a strong ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing in both Swedish and English.
