About the assignment:

Description
The scope of the project is to optimize the end-to-end customer offboarding process for a value, efficiency, cost and customer perspective. This includes data handling, process, governance and digitalization in the offboarding process.
Work tasks:
- Test planning and coordination with focus on acceptance testing and not system testing.
- Coordinate Acceptance testing.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Experience of Case management solutions or other process support.
- Be able to work with requirements to improve process and create test cases.
- Basic process development competence.
- Be able to map and analyze processes to improve and optimize.
- Fluent in English
Preferred competence and experience:
- User experience (UX) competence.
Preferred personal qualities
- Quick learner and ability to juggle several activities at the same time.
- Focused and being able to coordinate analysis and solve complex matters.
- Be able to drive small and big questions and be the bridge between Tech and business. Secure existing solutions at the same time drive new development and process improvements with focus on test and requirements.
