Business Analyst (Strategy and process oriented)

Jefferson Wells are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who is strategy and process oriented, for our customer within the automotive industry! The person we are looking for will be key in proactively creating effective, scalable and reliable solutions within the PLM.
As a member SHLM ART you contribute to designing and providing services that secure continuous flow of the PLM capabilities to end users.

What you will do

Your main responsibilities

* Design solutions for enabling and improving PLM solutions for future Vehicle programs
* Stakeholder management to understand what the customer needs to bring value to the organization and use agile methodology (e.g. contribute to backlog refinement) to collaborate with the team
* Providing expert level of support to our teams for cross value flow solutions enhancements and developments
* Partner with suppliers, architects, engineers, developers, and internal stakeholders to provide expert guidance on upcoming and innovative solutions and standardization
* Contribute to boosting team knowledge and continuous improvements



Required experience / skills

* Good Teamcenter knowledge
* Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced agile environment
* Excellent communication skills: the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and people without technical knowledge
* Excellent ability to understand what the customer needs to support the organization with what the organization needs and convey the needs in the team
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
* Experience from Automotive industry is meritorious
