Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (strategy/process oriented) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Utilizing automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources efficiently.
Constructing data models in DBT (Snowflake) to facilitate effective data analysis.
Validating, cleaning, and rectifying corrupted data, as well as addressing coding errors and related issues.
Leveraging reporting, visualization, and statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends within the data.
Transforming complex data into actionable insights to aid in business diagnosis and predictions.
Developing and continually monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) vital to essential business functions.
Generating comprehensive reports for management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictive insights derived from relevant data.
Providing support to the engineering and product teams as needed.

What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with data warehousing and aggregating unstructured data from diverse sources.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Snowflake, R, and Python is advantageous.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like DBT or equivalents.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Proactive problem-solving abilities coupled with innovative thinking, and a strong sense of teamwork.
