Description

The Business Analyst role is to hands-on assist in collecting and translating business insights into actual requirements and specifications for the development teams as well as contributing into longer term business planning for the Smart Office area.

Work tasks:

- Working with the Product Owners for SmartOffice to analyze business needs and bridging these into the SmartOffice roadmap
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Provide analysis of product data and usage statistics to drive continuous improvements
- Working with the “DevOps” team(s) to refining and detailing business requirements, including high-level designs where needed
- Plan and conduct business acceptance testing of delivered functionality
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change by working with deployment and roll-out activities with diligent data capture, analysis and maintenance


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Profound understanding of end-user perspectives on needs and business value
- Profound experience in defining and breaking down requirements to enable agile Product/”Devops” team(s) to efficiently develop new functionality
- IT and Business knowledge is very meritorious.
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
- Attitude of sense of urgency balanced with a strong focus on getting the details right
- Self driven, be able to find and create own solutions to move the project forward
