Business Analyst , Subcontractor assigment

Job description
We’re now looking for a skilled Business Analyst for our client here in Malmö. In this role you’ll work in a global project with one of the biggest brands in Sweden. As Business Analyst you will have an important position in our clients digitization process.

You can work as a subcontractor at this assignment. 

Responsibilities
The project is based on a digitalization journey, where you as a Business Analyst will act as a key player. Your most important task will be to be responsible for the process development. 

Other tasks and responsibilities: 
Understand the customer’s business, needs and aspirations
See the big picture and envision possible solutions
Ask the right questions to help the team identify areas that may lead to problems
Be the team’s expert with requirements techniques such as user stories, use cases, and informal modeling.
Define processes, data flows and write clear user stories to enable implementation of their business solutions. 
Document requirements with detail and at a high quality to serve as basis for pricing and delivery 
Define clear and unambiguous scopes of work - including what is out of scope, acceptance criteria, and success criteria
Creating functional specifications for solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross functional international teams in a multi-disciplinary
 Agile/Scrum framework environment





Qualifications
As a Business Analyst you will be in contact with a lot of different stakeholders, because of this we believe that you have strong communication skills. We also belive that you're skilled within and have experience from analyzing and understanding complex, global organizations. 

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
Solid experience from a similar role as Business Analyst in a complex organization, with a focus on process development. 
Confident workshop facilitator who drives effective teamwork. 
Outstanding customer-facing skills 
Experience from data analysis  
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle deadlines, priorities and constraints 
Hands on experience with agile tools 
Proficient English skills both spoken and written.
