We are looking for a new colleague to join our Atlantic Trade team as Performance Specialist. To be successful in this role you need to be curious, analytical, and self-driven yet a team player.  

 

You will be working closely with the Trade Management Team to support them with analysis of results, profitability, and forecasting. You will also work in close collaboration with the other trade performance analysts to create synergies and to elevate or find new best practices for the group performance reporting and analysis. This role will also require you to collaborate with various stakeholders in the organisation. It can be all from fact finding missions, report development to improvement projects.

Key responsibilities
 

Responsible for monthly financial and performance reporting for Atlantic trades. Analyse actuals and forecast and identify and recommend performance improving measures.

- Recognise result deviations and make those transparent to the team at a thorough level (P&L, Revenue & operations Cost including fixed cost)

Ensure best possible quality of reports. Provide support in setting trade targets. Perform profitability analyses on customers and port paid basis. Lead & implement best practice performance reporting by digitalizing and developing comprehensive BI Dashboards. Ensure best possible quality of reports.

 
Job Requirements and Personal Attribute


Strong proactive self-starter and team player.  Curious with a desire to find reasons behind anomalies and deviations. Higher education in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.  Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the Logistics / Transport / Shipping industry.   Organised and structured  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other BI applications is required. PBI is a plus.  Strong communication skills, especially the ability to break down complex items to simple terms.  Strong data and analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment required.  Fluency in English both written and oral.

 

This role is located in Stockholm.
