What you will do as a Data Analyst
As a Business Analyst in Business Unit Womenswear, you will be working with data analysis and business intelligence related to customer behavioral patterns, in the rapidly evolving retail and e-commerce industry.
Womenswear is the biggest Business Unit within H&M and consists of three main functions, assortment, marketing and customer experience. You will work in the commercial operation team which is a part of the customer experience function and on a weekly level follow the customer behavior and constantly give data and insights to strengthen our decision-making. You will be connected to a wide collaborative network of Data analysts within H&M and be part of forming how we integrate customer data in our everyday business.
We believe you are a strong communicator, as well as the ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders . You are a problem solver at heart and enjoy working and collaborating with others. You understand that strategies, commercial planning and commercial execution is always customer centric, forward leaning and data driven. You share the end goal of creating the most relevant customer offer and experience, grow our customer base, drive profitable sales and create meaningful relationships with our customers.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe you have the following qualifications:
Relevant university degree within engineering, statistics or business.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with analytics, ideally within retail.
Strong analytical skills combined with business sense. You are triggered to dig into big data sets, find what is relevant and convert your insights into actionable conclusions for the rest of our organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights.
Be the driver for data driven decision making by enabling data visibility and educating different stakeholders
Convert different forms of data into common language in order to guide the team
Experience in working with analytical programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
Experienced in working with Google Analytics is a plus.
Skilled in data visualization, experience with Tableau, PowerBI is an advantage.
Business mindset and passionate about making a difference in a highly changing environment.
Fluent in English.

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Customer Experience at H&M Business Unit Womenswear. We will not ask you for a lengthy Cover Letter, however we do want to see your CV with a short introduction as to why you are applying for this role.
