Business Analyst to H&M

Your role as Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at H&M you will be a part of the Retail Space team. The team’s mission is to transform the physical stores into a modern, relevant, and unique shopping experience, that drive sales and profit, and developing the customer base as well as building the brand. You will also work cross-functional and have contact with the whole organization.

Your responsibilities are:

Through analysis help to understand what opportunites they have in there current portfolio
Be part of creating a Test Center of Excellence, developing there portfolio on daily basis through tests
Develop strategies and create an understanding of the future development of the store portfolio
Work closely with idea owners during all phases of tests: Preparation, Test Live, Analysis and Presentation
Drive, collaborate and coordinate relevant analytical topics together with stakeholders, both centrally and for multiple regions


Your qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience
Business or Economic degree
Strong analytical capacity
Experience in project management
Experience of work in an international environment
Experience from the retail sector is a plus
Advanced user of Microsoft office
Fluent in Swedish and English
