Global Logistics Controlling is part of the Supply Chain Department, which is supporting all Brands and business models within H&M Group. The team consists of people from all around the word who work closely together to improve the business. As a team member you will also work in close cooperation with many departments within H&M – both globally and regionally.
Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will be working in a team of Business Controllers and Business Analysts with a mission to identify business needs, drive efficiency and translate insights into recommendations that deliver clarity for actionable decision-making. Together with your colleagues you will:
Analyze large data sets relating to our operations and deliver clear insights
Solve business problems by exploring trends and patterns in data, then transform it into actionable solutions
Identify business needs and develop reports and KPIs to support the business
Perform comprehensive analysis to support ad-hoc reporting requests
Secure quality of data and KPI calculation in the reports
Collaborate cross functionally within the H&M group to exchange ideas and analysis
Challenge how we evaluate our business today

Qualifications
2-5 years of work experience from similar roles of putting large data into actions
Genuine interest in how to create business value with the use of data
Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and put numbers in use for decision making
A higher education within economics, business administration, statistics or Mathematics.
Strong communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Fluent written and spoken English
A background in Retail and/or Supply Chain is considered as a plus

Additional information
This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based close by a logistics facility within Europe with willingness to travel.
Locations of H&M Logistics’ main facilities in EU: Stockholm/Eskilstuna or Gothenburg/Boras (SE), Hamburg (DE), Poznan, Warsaw (PL), Brussels/Ghlin (BE), Copenhagen (DK), Madrid (ES), London/Birmingham/Milton Keynes (GB),Piacenza/Stradella (IT), Eindhoven/Tilburg (NL), Vienna (AT).
