Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Business Analyst in the Demand & Supply and Inventory Management unit, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization.


Job Description


We enable our Regions and Business Units to execute on garment flow planning and steering to optimally serve customer demand and optimize the supply chain triangle. We drive, lead and contribute to the development of a fully circular customer-centric supply chain and contribute to prioritizing developments for the totality of a demand-driven supply chain.
As Business Analyst you will:
• Drive and enable data-driven decision making by building and creating analytical tools
• Provide analytical insights and turn insights into suggested actions to support the company in reaching commercial goals
• Support stakeholders by knowledge-sharing and provide expertise in a data driven toolbox environment.
• Ensure output quality of our analytical tools in terms of i.e. quality and user friendliness
• Actively assure that our developments are aligned with current customer demands and needs.
• Foresee future business analytical needs and drive the development of these together with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications


• Experience of working with large data sets, data visualization and data modeling in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Working proficiency in either SQL or DAX
• Genuine interest in creating business value with the use of data
• The ability to see the bigger picture, yet keeping attention to detail
• Great team spirit, who thrives in a dynamic work environment and create results together with others.
• Enjoys explaining complicated technical concepts to a less technical audience
• A creative, curious and solution orientated mind-set

We are looking for several Business Analysts to join our team, both full-time positions and parental leave covers (approx. 1 year). These positions are based in Stockholm in our newly renovated office in downtown Stockholm. Fluency in English is mandatory, Swedish is not.
