Do you want to play a key role in forming our future customer experience? Would you like to drive the business analyst and Power BI agenda for the Portfolio Brands?
To support our Portfolio Brands in establishing the best possible Customer experience along every customer journey we are now looking for a Business Analyst who will support in building and enhancing the customer experience through excellent Power BI data.
The Portfolio brands Group incorporates COS, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories and ARKET, all with high growth ambitions for the future.
Job Description
Lead the Power BI strategy for Portfolio Brands together with relevant stake holders
Represent PB in group forums around data quality and Power BI related topics
Maintain and continuously develop the BI reports incl. KPI:s, dashboards for the organization depending on business needs
Through the usage of BI reports, provide results and benchmarks on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on CX and sales performance between the brands
Use advance level calculations on data sets and use DAX/SQL to visualize data
Educate the Portfolio Brands in how to use the Power BI reports
Responsible for quality of the data in the Power BI
Stay current on trends and best practices in Power BI and customer analytics
Collaborate with different teams within the company to exchange ideas and analyses
Qualifications
Documented working experience in Power BI or other visualization tools
Working experience from an analytical role
Experience of DAX is a must and an interest in learning SQL is big plus
Capacity and proven track record to make things happen, with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A highly structured and organized way of working
