We're about to take the next step in defining and building our suite of Customs Trade Digital Solutions (CTDS), based on cutting-edge technology. As Business Analyst you'll be working with experts in Customs Process Governance (CPG), an advanced Control Tower solution that among other things orchestrates, enriches and validates data and documents needed to fulfill a Customs Declaration. You will be part of an agile Scrum team that shares a common interest in reaching ambitious goals together as a team. Be part of the journey of expanding this product on a global level!



Key responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at KGH, you will work closely with the Product Owner of CPG and your main responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business and engineering. We are today a team of 4 engineers and a PO, where you will have a crucial part in understanding business needs by conducting research and analysis of customer pains and problems. Further, you will identify and define both functional and technical improvements needed to meet our goals within the team. This position further includes participating in all agile activities; the sprints goals, planning and reviews with positive energy and openness to drive discussions!



We are looking for 

You are an experienced Business Analyst who has experience supporting development teams in delivering high quality solutions. You enjoy an international environment, collaborating remotely with other team members across the globe. As a person, we believe that you are structured and confident in facilitating and driving discussions between team members and other internal stakeholders. With your positive attitude and resilient personality trait you can argue for change and provide new perspectives. We also think that you are collaborative and have good communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to inspire, engage and involve.



We look beyond your resume, but we think that you have:

- At least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experienced in IT Infrastructure and Operations environments
- Strong understanding of the various agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban



We consider it a plus if you have:

- Experience working with supply chain management
- Experience with design & visual tools like Figma or similar alternative
- Experience with JavaScript
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
