Business Analyst to Nexer Malmö

Nexer is expanding and we are now looking for more technical BA consultants based in Malmö. We are looking for you with a few years of experience in the field and are a great analysis with a focus on quality. As a BA consultant with us, you will work with various assignments with our customers with the main focus on helping the business to turn ideas and strategies into reality. You will work with both small and large customers in Malmö together with other competent colleagues. How does the role look like?

I roll as a BA consultant will take responsibility for collecting demands for changes and improvements of various systems used in the business. You will have daily contact with users and stakeholders to identify development areas and also with the development teams to discuss solutions. Furthermore, you will lead daily activities to ensure that the systems are up to date and produce value for the business. The assignments are of varying nature and we can therefore make it easier for you to familiarize yourself with new activities and systems. The assignments are partly in our office and out with our customers, therefore travel in the local area and part of everyday life.

Your background


• Post-secondary education in IT.
• Experience in working with capturing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements from the business and being able to discuss with the development teams.
• Experience in writing requirements specifications, process mapping and user stories for the development and procurement of systems and services.
• Experience of GIT, Jira and Kanban
• You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Qualified with experience in project management and SQL.
