Business Analyst to REA Calculation Team

Do you want to be part of the cross functional team for REA Calculation? Are you the bridge between business and IT? Do you like to analyse and discuss business needs and solutions with stakeholders? Then you are the one we need!
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business, and interpret and evaluate gathered requirements
- Participate and/or lead work in information- and solution analysis
- Define and maintain business terms and definitions of data element
- Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and detailed user stories in the backlog
- Lead and participate in testing of new functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
- Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality
- Create and develop descriptions and functional documentation in a structured way
- Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high quality deliveries




What is needed in this role:
- Relevant University degree
- Experience from the business/functional area
- Good business understanding of the area
- Experience from requirement and test work
- Ability to be communication bridge between IT and Business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured, systematic, interest in details
- Customer-centric
