About the position
Perido is looking for a Business Analyst to our client Samsung, their goal is to devote the company’s talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. In order to achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this position as Business Analyst you will be working with generating reports of business performances, sales and profit trend. You’ll assist with the business planning and month-end closing, analysing and support top management with advising and decision-making. These are your key responsibilities:
Assist in the business planning (yearly, quarterly, monthly) and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal stakeholders throughout the organization
Support the month-end closing process, including the cross-department cooperation
Assist with maintaining cost controlling structure and improvement projects
Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends and financial result regularly to management group
Take an initiative in the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting requests, as well as automating reporting processes
Play a strategic role in the monitoring and planning of the company’s different level of overhead cost
Participate in the simulation of profitability in business case, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models
Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the Business management team manages its deliverables to Europe HQ and HQ

Your qualifications
You’re a doer who makes things happen and can see things from a holistic perspective. You’re good at communicating, listen and take different perspectives into account. Building strong long-term business relationships is natural for you. You are structured and like to find effective solutions in a flexible environment. Lastly, you can analyze data and turn creative ideas into clear business requirements.

Requirements
Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar
1-5 years of business/financial analysis experience in the international environment preferred
Excellence in MS Office (especially Excel)
SAP knowledge preferred
Skills with analytical tools (e.g., Power query, Power BI, SQL, Qlik, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for two years. Start ASAP.
