Business Analyst to SEB in Stockholm

As a Business Analyst at SEB in Stockholm you will get the opportunity to work in an ever-changing environment. In this role you will coordinate and contribute to transform business requirements into development in tight collaboration with your stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

YOUR CHALLENGE

The area of Cash Management is undergoing a major transformation, both from a business and market perspective but also from an architectural perspective. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with requirements in the Payment area. Your daily work will include:

• Write, collect and document IT requirements
• Work close to product owners with focus on identifying business needs
• Take lead, coordinate och drive transformation of process improvements forward
• Be a part of the whole process from business analysis and refining the requirements to design together with Solution Architects, CX/UX and the development teams

THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE

You will be a part of the area of Cash Management and work against several teams, as we work agile and cross-functionally. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with over ten other Business Analyst but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule. Our modern office is located next to Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Stockholm. When we are not working remotely, there are restaurants, a gym and the opportunity to participate in group training sessions every week. We apply a hybrid model where we work both from home and in the office.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you have earlier experience from a similar role and experience of writing and documenting IT-requirements. Furthermore, we see that you have experience from working in a complex environment. You are used to networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas.
As a person you like to take initiatives, have an eye for details and are structured and thorough. Since you will be working with different stakeholders it is important that you also have good cooperative skills and are adaptable.
