We want to hire a Business Analyst for our IT Development – Online team.

Our IT organization consists of approximately 200 people and you will be part of the IT Development – Online team that has approximately 30 people across 3 teams. As a Business Analyst for the Online team, you will help in realizing our vision to create an unmatched customer experience for our e-commerce and self-service platforms that serve hundreds of thousands of users each month.

What you will do

As a Business Analyst working with requirement analysis, you will work closely with our Product Owners and Architects as well as other colleagues across all of Tre. The work requires you to communicate and have an open dialogue with the business to understand their needs and challenges and be able to break this down together with the team into technical requirements. You are part of an agile team that together analyzes, designs, develops, and tests the new functionality. A large part of your daily work is to integrate with other departments and colleagues.

With larger requirements that involves more planning and coordination you will have requirement lead responsibility that will include planning together with other IT Teams as well as risk analysis. You will also help with testing the finished product.

Who are you

You are committed, energetic & outgoing as well as being solution-oriented and proactive. You are a great communicator and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

You have a good technical understanding and can apply this understanding to grasp new domains.

You are open-minded and thrive on working in a team with others!

You have an academic degree in systems science or technology and some years of experience working with requirements analysis. A bonus is if you have experience working with e-commerce.
