Business Analyst Trade Marketing Operations (TMO)

Objectives

Support the Sales teams on Sector level and in the Clusters, with actionable business insights which drive sell-out in Electrical retail stores, Kitchen retail studios, and on E Tailer sites.

Build clear and easy-to-use Data analytics tools (in QlikSense, or other tools), and drive usage in the Clusters.

Become the center of Excellence for Trade related data analyses, providing data, insights and training on the tools to the users in the Cluster sales teams.

Key Operational Responsibilities:

1. Instore Analytics in Electrical Retail and Kitchen Retail channels
Instore analytics: dashboard creation and produce insights:
Follow up abc store segmentation data
Consolidate & analyse Trade Marketing Monthly dashboards
Build KPI dashboards (per country/customer):
- Displayshares (Electrical Retail instore, …)
- Point of Sales Communication visibility %
- Store staff recommendation rates
- …
Consolidate target setting per cluster
Gap analyses versus target setting
Commercial Launch process: build dashboards and monitor KPI (eg. Display shares, etc…) for selected strategic launches
Link/support Marketing and PL in KPI and metrics development
Develop the right tools to monitor performance in : Sell out training programs with Customers, Ambassadors/Instore promotors initiatives, and Retailer Category Management projects

2. B2B E Commerce / On Line Sales development
Analyses based on the OLR webcrawling tool:
Follow up abc E Tailer segmentation data
Support E Commerce Manager and Cluster with Etailer dashboards/analyses:
- E Displayshares, Pricing info, Stock Management – super user of the webcrawler
- Product exposure on websites, page impressions, CTR, add to cart, … - data sharing via E tailer
- Results E Tailing tools (minisites/inpages Flixmedia) – A/B testing

Manage the Monthly E Commerce Performance Dashboar

Profile/competences:

• University Degree / First Experience in Sales, Marketing or Finance
• IT skills : Outstanding skills in Excel, and potentially QlikSense
• Multitasker / well organized / Result driven
• Excellent written+spoken communication and teamship skills – good presentation skills
• English : native or fluent.

• Potential to move to other Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Controlling - roles in the future
• Curious towards new technologies (AI, Big Data, etc…)
