The Driver Times Management team is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We make sure to add value to our customers and get things done. We are team players and support each other for success. In this team we have all the competencies needed from identifying a customer need all the way to production environment release. Together we make things happen.
Our goal is to help our customers with an overview of their assets related to the Driver Times Management regulations. This is done through strong skills in translation of regulations and customer demands, solution architecture and implementation in business / region specific contexts. Also, by working in close collaboration with product owner and service owners.

The role
You will work in close collaboration with our Product Owner, Service Owners, Business Analyst and UX designer as well as Development Team.
Your main responsibility will be to focus on our customers’ needs as well as regulation demands and create clear requirements to help our customers to get the most optimal solutions.
You will be responsible for many contact areas and work closely with different stakeholders which requires you to be an expert at communication. You will work with both internal and external business contacts and act as a bridge to our development team representing customer voices internally at Connected Solutions.
You will break down requirements in a way which paves the way for agile MVP deliveries. You will be responsible to stay tuned on regulations and collect, analyze and document business and customer needs to propose the most optimal and valuable solution packaging for the specific business area.
Your profile
You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions while keeping the big picture perspective and ensuring clear requirements.
You are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and enjoy taking on responsibility.
In addition to your university degree in a relevant field you have several years of experience as Digital consultant, Business Analyst or User Experience expert in an international environment. You have experience from working in an agile environment and are known to be a person who get things done.
You are fluent in Swedish as well as English and have a valid work-permit for Sweden.
