Business Analyst Warranty

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UCHP team, the warrant system for Volvo Group.


Who are we?


Quality and Warranty has the end-to-end responsibility for all development, delivery, and support of IT applications within the Warranty and Case Handling are for the whole Volvo Group. As one of our Business Analysts, you will continue to develop and maintain our UCHP application. The team is engaged and some of us have longer experience, some have recently joined. You will work in a global environment that provides opportunities to develop yourself both professionally and personally. Our team is based in Gothenburg and in India and you will get the opportunity to work on an exciting journey where we are about to transform the digital experience for all our end users.


Your Responsibilities would be to:
Work closely with core business representatives to understand expectations and work towards solutions for technical/functional issues
Manage business support question from core business representatives and market companies
Manage the IT roll outs of new markets and customers for our applications in cooperation with Business
Manage early phases in change requests from business
Manage change requests from other applications
Be a connector between business and developer/architect team, explaining small and big questions/solutions for the future
Explain in an easy manner how new functionalities work for business
Help business and IT testers verifying solutions

In this role you need to have:
Some years of experience from Warranty within Automotive industry
Earlier experience with business requirement breakdown
Good writing skills
Self-driven attitude
Excellent presentation skills

In this role it would be nice you have:
Experience from IT development
Experience from project management
