Job Description
Are you up for a challenge? We need to strengthen our team within the product External Sales Fulfilment Adapter (EFSA) to support our business in the best possible way in upcoming initiatives and are now looking for a customer obsessed Business Analyst within the Customer Fulfilment domain.
About the product area
Partner connectivity (PC) is part of the Customer Fulfilment domain and our vision in PC is to fulfill customer deliveries, every day, through a flexible and sustainable partner ecosystem. Every product in the area is working with external partners within logistics e.g., warehousing, transport, and customs. Our teams are multi competent teams working together to find the best way forward. To be successful in the future we need to be innovative, find smart solutions and processes together with our partners, always with our customers at heart.
About the product team
The EFSA team is working with the product External Sales Fulfilment Adapter. In short, this product offers Logistics partners one simple way into the H&M system landscape, thus making it easy and fast to connect partners with H&M Group.
About the role
As a Business Expert you can identify what makes the difference and you are eager to take part in our development. You will be in the center of the action where product meets business and works closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business needs.
By being a person interested in analytics and tech, with an IT background, as well as logistics and supply chain, you will find this position exciting. You will help finding opportunities to boost the customer experience and use market analyzes to know how to better engage with prospects and existing customers.
What you will do
You will be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value. You will have the support from the Product Owner and team together with your Competence Lead
You together with the product team will drive the tech agenda to take our product to the next level, based on understanding of the context we are in and the potential for the future
You will analyze business opportunities to find new ways of creating business and customer value
You will have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand
You will secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit and effects
You will drive and coordinate different initiatives within business tech and our different products

Who we are looking for
A person who fits in this role is self-driven, analytic, customer driven and strategic with good understanding of IT and information flows. You and your product team will identify plenty of potentials and improvement areas. Hence, you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way. We believe you are:

Truly a “doer”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward
Strong in communication & presentation skills
Strong analytic mind
You love to drive things forward and get a team to strive towards the same goal

You have at least 5 years previous experience in:
Logistics
Supply chain flow
Online sales and/or retail sales

It is nice if you have
Experience of working with partners
Experience in IT
Experience of Agile way of working
Experience of Jira
Experience of Coordinating work e.g., project management
Experience of informal leadership
