Description
•Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritise, analyse and validate business needs and requirements
•Prepare the requirement specification, the solution architecture and technical design
•Organize and facilitate workshops
•Work with team(s) of end-user representatives, solution architects, system administrators, content managers to ensure a common understanding of the needs, and a sound technical design supporting the defined requirements
•Verify and validate requirements, manage requirements traceability
•Produce and maintain business analysis outputs, including use cases, requirements, mock-ups, user stories, and data models
•Set up, configure and maintain a pilot environment in Office 365 covering select requirement areas
•Create and maintain models in Sparx Enterprise Architect
•Support the coordination of activities related to the pilot, both technical and business activites.
•Write user and system documentation
•Work under the supervision of the Information Management Officer in the Information and Knowledge Management section.


Qualifications
•University degree (Bachelor or Master) and 4 years of experience in IT OR non university degree and 6 years of experience in IT
•Minimum 3 years of business analysis work experience
•Suitable certificates, like CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) are an advantage
•Strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 hands-on architecture tasks (incl configuration)
•Experience in Unified Modelling Language (UML)
•Knowledge of industry Business Analysis best practice (e.g. Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK))
•Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and/or ArchiMate;
•Experience working with work item management tools (e.g. Team Foundation Server or Jira)
•Experience with project management
•Understanding of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
•Experience with the functionality and architecture of document management systems, internal communication platforms, and/or external collaboration platforms.
