Description

The primary work will be to coordinate a group of Product Owners and other specialists, who are documenting requirements and gathering relevant information needed for an RfP, (Request for Proposal). This role will be responsible for collecting and consolidating this input.

The Client is preparing several RFP processes. For each of these, they need to identify, gather and document the necessary requirements. This work will involve a number of people. Some of these will work with this assignment with a fixed allocation, but a lot of them will be involved only intermittently, and their work needs to be planned and coordinated.

The assignment includes: Planning and conducting workshops, documenting requirements, help prepare RFP documents.

Fulfillment of assignment: The assignment is completed when all RFP’s are ready for publication.



Mandatory competence and experience:

- Project Management Experience
- Business Analyst skills - Identifying and documenting requirements
- Workshops and facilitation
- Experience working with other RFP’s
- Experience working in agile teams (they normally work with Scrum, Kanban and Safe)
- All documentation will be done in English.
- It is good if you have worked with development and maintenance/management and preferably in an agile environment.
- English and Swedish also preferably. It is a bonus if the consultant speak Danish as you will work with product owners in Denmark as well.
