Would you like to participate in the creation of next generation’s payments platform that will serve millions of customers?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be part of a cross functional agile team (containing business analyst, software engineers, product owner, scrum master, …) in the Payment Infrastructure Agile Release Train, working together to build and maintain high quality payment solutions.
Participate as in all phases – from discovery work & break down of investment opportunities through design, builds & test to implementation and maintenance.
Work with and take responsibility for all typical BA areas. E.g. requirement gathering, detailing, verification & anchoring of back log items, testing and quality assurance of the delivered functionality.
Initially you will have an increased focus on test planning and execution. We strive to t-shape ourselves as much as possible and you should be prepared to share your experience from testing and knowledge transfer with the team as well as to broaden your own competence within other areas.
What is needed in this role:
Extensive experience from system and user acceptance test in all steps – plan, manage, create, execute, report – and experience from business analysis & requirement management, preferably in a large and transaction intense organisation. Banking experience in general and payments processing (bank and customer perspective) experience in particular is a big advantage.
Extensive experience from methods and tools used in business analysis and testing.
Analytical skills – understanding of business processes, perform process/system functional analysis, ability to be a communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders.
Very good collaboration and communication skills – listen, ask questions, build trust.
Experience from agile ways of working and if possible practical experience with SAFe.
As a person you are solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and a strong team player. Yet you are self-organized with internal drive and a desire to improve continuously.
Structured and systematic with an interest in details (without missing out on the big picture) and with good writing and documentation skills.
Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a merit.
