The position
As a Business Analyst here at Cambio, you will work closely with our development teams in investigating and analysing needs, designing solutions, all while developing Sweden’s leading journal system. You will be an important link between developers and customers, with a mission to understand the end-users needs and advert them to technical solutions. All together with developers, architectures, and computer scientist. You will follow a project all the way from preliminary study through development and finally launching at the customer.
Within the role, there will in time be opportunities to develop yourself towards a more senior and specialised role or perhaps work towards being a Product owner in the organisation.

About you
You work independently with your own drive, but also thrive when you have the opportunity to collaborate with your teammates or various interest groups such as other Business Analysts and others across the organization.
You are passionate about finding the best solutions for our customers business needs, you are analytical and find it interesting to immerse yourself in different standards and care processes.
Requirements
- At least 3years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience of having worked with IT solutions for healthcare and knowledge of how business needs can be translated into software development.
- Experience in working with Medication-related EHR products, standards, and underneath data models.
- Experience in using BA tools and techniques appropriate to solve wicked problems using IT solutions.
- Good ability to facilitate and collaborate with Product Owner, architects, system developers, and UX Designer.
- Communicates fuently
It's a bonus if you
- Experience in working with standards in medical informatics, preferably HL7 FHIR
- Experience working with agile product development
- Experience in working with UX design
Place of employment: Stockholm and Linköping
