This is a recruitment to our client Mölnlycke.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst, within Finance and HR area to join our Global IT department. With your strong financial and/or HR process understanding combined with a strong high-level technical understanding within different IT tools in the Finance/HR area you can identify and break-down business needs into user stories. You do this by facilitating workshops and have a toolbox available in how to help our business stakeholders to make their requirements into something the development team can start working with. You create visualizations or prototypes on a high-level to help business stakeholders and development team to be on the same page. The work can involve smaller changes but mainly medium to bigger projects/initiatives.
You will be joining a team focused on delivering end-to end solutions and maximize the business value within the area of Finance/HR. We are currently structured as three sub-teams; Controlling, Transactional Finance and People (HR) where you will be supporting all of them.
We are as a team embarking on a journey to implement a new DevOps operating model. Your experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum will be highly valued.
You are a curious person that thrives in trying to understand our stakeholders needs. You have excellent communication skills and travel comfortably between the business and technical languages, making sure that all are aligned by using a visual communication approach. You are an appreciated team-player that lends a helping hand when the team needs it.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsibility to drive and support delivery team’s overall mission with ownership of own and team’s deliveries & performance of solution.
- Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder within Finance and HR to clarify needs & solution.
- Responsible for development and documentation of customer profiles, needs, requirements & processes.
- Develops scenarios, concepts based on business & user needs.
- Develop visual prototypes, when appropriate, or other relevant tests with users & customers.
- Responsible for preparation and execution of testing with users securing user satisfaction and validation of business value.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 year’s work experience in IT-solution development with focus understanding customer and user needs.
- Extensive experience in facilitating workshops to breakdown high level user requirements into smaller pieces understandable for the development team.
- Strong ability to gain understanding of Finance and HR business processes and unmet needs.
- Strong ability to present new ideas, concepts, approaches and solutions.
- Extensive experience from documenting customer profiles & personas, customer needs and customer journeys.
- Documented experience from visualizing new concepts and solutions to make sure that all parties are aligned on the desired outcome.
- Experience from agile development and DevOps methods.
- Understanding of Design Thinking development methods.
- Technical high-level understanding in SAP platforms such as SAP ERP (FICO), SAP BPC, SAP SuccessFactors
- Technical high-level understanding in Analytics solutions
- Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
