Business Analyst within Research and Development

We need to expand our group working with business development within the sub processes of Design, Testing, Simulation and R&D Process Support.

Our mission is to assist our internal customers with improvements, both processes, methods and IT-solutions.
We work together with business representatives and other partners in cross functional groups and in projects/assignments, with the purpose to help them to develop world class products and services.

As a Business Analyst you participate early in the process, identifies demands, detail requirements and describe/visualize the requirements to our partners.

You will be responsible for some improvement groups, be a member in pre studies and projects.
It’s an advantage if you have experience of business development, process modelling and working with requirement.

Product development evolve rapidly within Scania and together with our partners within Volkswagen Truck and Bus and it’s important that way of working and IT-tools continuously improves and meet the demands.

Your assignments
Proactively identify and make an analysis of demands for improvements, present good concepts and solutions.
Priorities and coordinate assignments and resources for the area.
Lead some of the cross functional improvement groups.
Participate in international projects together with other partners.
Together with business and other partners do requirement activities in projects and assignments.
 
Your Profile
You have an academic education or equal knowledge.
You have several years of experience within similar business areas.
You have a lot of energy and love to work with improvements.
We write and talk both Swedish and English (pre requisites)
