We are looking for a strategic and communicative Business Analyst to be responsible for the OPEX process with associated deviation analysis. As Business Analyst OPEX you are overall responsible for running the Operating Cost Management with associated savings initiative and cost control in close cooperation with the cost group owner. You will also work with improvement projects to identify more effective ways to work with the budget and estimate process.
Main responsibilities as Business Analyst:
Control and follow up the OPEX Cost.
Owner of the Opex process for the budget and estimate.
Run the Budget and estimate process for the OPEX Cost.
Responsibility for process and method development to drive cost efficiency and transparency.
Working closely with Business Partner to do analyzes and deliver Business value to relevant stakeholders
Close cooperation with the Management Team, CFO, Business Partner and procurement to identify and operate cost-efficiency programs.

Job Requirements
You have university degree in economics or equivalent and at least three years’ experience of working as business analyst/business controller with business support. It is a merit if you have been working within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and with OPEX as your responsible area. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both writing and speaking.
To be the perfect match for this position you are proactive, analytical, and independent with a responsible brace behavior and driving. We are looking for you who are a strong team player with great communication skills since you are working close with colleagues within finance and cross functional in the company. We think that you are very service minded and have the knowledge to create models that provide “what if” capabilities to your internal stakeholders.
