You have:
• 3 – 5 years of experience from (IKEA) supply chain on operational and/or tactical level
• Proven leadership in a complex environment, delivering business results
• Good general knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• Excellent knowledge of the IKEA processes relevant to their subject matter area
• Excellent understanding of current IKEA business analytics, reporting and planning tools
• Strong understanding of flow and capacity planning processes including replenishment solution optimisation processes and reporting cycles
• Excellent knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• Good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
• Good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand identity and the IKEA Culture & Values
• High proficiency in Microsoft office tools (with focus on Excel and Access)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Support Analytics Leader, you will take responsibility for Business Support focused on Flow & Capacity Planning and CFF business analytics, working in close cooperation and co-creation with Group CFF, markets and the Digital Unit with primary focus on:
• Flow & Capacity Planning
• Business case analysis and development
• Trend analysis
• Report development support
You will be responsible for delivering solutions to market that will contribute to business objectives as well as drive the network to attain collaboration between markets, Group CFF Development, Group CFF Operations, Digital Unit and other solution providers.
You will further:
• Collaborate with Group CFF management to deliver planning reports, including supporting markets to meet their cyclic planning obligations with quality. As subject matter expert, expected to lead the development and delivery of reports that provide clarity to stakeholders to support effective decision making
• Lead subject matter expert in the markets to support the short, medium-, and long-term flow and capacity planning cycles to secure high-quality planning needs, including support to multichannel network design
• Support and develop solutions to assess current and planned fulfilment unit capacity in terms of short, mid and long-term needs
• Support and develop solutions to define the optimal replenishment solution on fulfilment unit level to achieve highest availability at lowest possible cost
• Lead business and solution subject matter expertise when developing, enhancing new reporting or analytical solutions
• Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives through providing expert input on business value and impact
• Lead prioritisation of workload and requests and ensure transparency with relevant stakeholders in focus area to secure optimal delivery of business value to stakeholders
• Proactively drive business focused analysis and conclusions to support Group Operations with prioritising and driving Operational Improvement initiatives to support the delivery of continuously improved solutions and operational procedures to market
• Be proactive in leading enhancements of KPIs, metrics to provide clarity on business situation and direction to support management decision-making
• Take responsibility for leading new reporting and analytic tool development initiatives
• Be the primary point of contact between Group CFF and Data Analytics within Digital Unit securing a cohesive and complimentary way of working to deliver value to the markets
• Improve ways of working with reports and analytics to further enhance quality of decision making information

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners. We are focusing on providing seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people.
Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network function will contribute to this objective by:
• Enabling that the process “Make our Products and Services Available” and CFF operations contribute to IKEA becoming the world’s leading multichannel home furnishing retailer through both continuous improvement and transformational changes
• Taking the lead to design and develop an excellent, end-to-end multichannel network in strong collaboration with the markets through a matrix relationship.
• Striving for high performance at the lowest cost and long-term profitability acting responsibly and thereby create great customer experience.
