Business and Commercial Coach for Lighting

We are seeking a person who is prepared to take up the formidable challenge of Business and Commercial coach for Lighting!
As Business and Commercial coach, you'll be responsible for driving three integral processes in a business with a turnover of almost 8 billion SEK.The projections are that this business will grow to a turnover of 13 billion SEK by the end of 2010.
Your responsibilities will include the major role in process coordination.You'll need to move the perspective of Lighting among more than thirty co-workers with many different responsibilities from individual function thinking to process.You'll create this awareness outside the department too, by working closely with other IKEA divisions such as Trading, Retail, and the rest of IKEA of Sweden.
You'll also be an internal marketer.You'll need to use a variety of communicative skills and methods to ensure that the Business Area's objectives are conveyed and understood.
Additionally, you'll be a business analyst - especially in regards to the impact on over 200 IKEA stores world-wide.You'll also be critical in development and coordination of the business area's strategic objectives in the long term.
We are seeking a person with extensive international retail experience, inside and outside IKEA, combined with in-depth experience from at least one non-European country.
To be a successful business and commercial coach, you'll need a high degree of competence in home furnishing, market communication and connection with the retail environment inside and outside IKEA.You must have deep insight into international marketing and the skills to significantly contribute to range and positioning strategies for the international market.
We attach great importance to your personal qualities, with special emphasis on your communicative skills.You must feel very comfortable speaking and presenting to varied groups of people at different levels within IKEA on a regular basis about the business objectives of Lighting in the short and long term.
You must have exceptional level of proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully develop and edit visual and written presentations.You should have a university degree in English.Additionally, conversational skill in at least two other European languages is also preferred.
