About the job
As a Customer Success and Business Manager at Telavox Mobile Operator Business Area, you will drive, support and engage our client and be the single point of contact of escalation for all matters. You will monitor and develop the full-end customer journey for your operator clients. You are responsible for the total performance with your clients regarding relationships, delivery and financial matters.
As responsible for the relationship you are also expected to always promote and drive business success, expose the capabilities of the Telavox services towards your client(s). You will also support the development of client marketing and product packaging towards their end customers, provide insights and competence gained by Telavox globally.
Apart from driving our client's business success you are also expected to provide continuous feedback and ensure the development of our services towards the rest of the organization. You will work as a vital part of our client's organization representing Telavox and be our client's biggest advocate within Telavox.
In this team, collaboration comes front and center. We work hard on competitive insights, vision, and plans to ensure that we deliver a solution that supports our continued growth. We prioritize to make the customer experience better as well as ensure that our inorganic execution helps us accelerate our global footprint.
About you
To be successful and at the same have fun in this role we believe you need to really understand the Telecom and/or SaaS business. You have experience in Key Account Management with great relationship building and leadership abilities. You are great at understanding your customer's situations and business and you are amazing at engaging people in your surroundings.
You are a person who always strives to improve and learn which makes you evolve continually, you also have a growth mindset with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and execute growth and engagement initiatives.
Who we think will do great in this role has:
- Experience as KAM or Sales Manager towards mobile operators
- Experience in mobile operator service delivery
- Experience in budgeting and resource planning
- A creative mind who always find new ways to deliver, rally people behind your vision, and motivate cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience from an international company
