Business Application Expert

On behalf of our client, a corporation owned by the Swedish government, we are looking for a Business Application Expert to the company´s headquarters in Stockholm.

As Business Application Expert you will be part of a team of 15 international master data experts, where the Nordic team today consist of total of 3.5 persons.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
The Application Experts support mainly the finance business in implementing changes in the international SAP system KIS by bringing in their expertise of how the system works. The application expert works in close cooperation with Finance business and IT. The changes can be daily operational tasks related to masterdata as well as supporting projects & assignments related to changes of the application.

Vem är du?
In order to be successful in this assignment, we believe you have to have the following experience;

• deep knowledge about the finance processes and masterdata as implemented in SAP
• knowledge working with daily operational masterdata in SAP
• used to work on an ad hoc basis as well as being a part of a project team

It is considered meritorious if you have some experience harmonizing SAP processes in the direction of S4/Hana.

Furthermore, you have to have the ability to corporate on an international level with an open, positive and active mindset. You are service oriented as a person and be prepared to work with daily operational tasks respecting guidelines and instructions in parallel to assignments/project tasks. As a person you are interested in identifying better way of working including harmonization and standardization.


Om verksamheten
This assignment is for six months starting January 2, 2021 but with the possibility and option for extension a further six months. You will be employed by Poolia Ekonomi! We care about you and that you will be satisfied working as a consultant with us both at our client’s office as well as employed by us.
