Who is your future team?
Digital Channels is part the Corporate Marketing department with the mission to drive digital transformation to enable digital marketing both at a corporate and regional level. You will be part of a tight team of digital marketers, project managers and technology owners. We constantly challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape.
What you'll do here as a Business Application Owner
As Business Application Owner you have knowledge and understanding of how to translate a company's objectives into functional and market adjusted system support. You know how to work with requirements and specifications based on user needs and business needs. You have experience and knowledge from working globally, with regional needs and demands as prioritized input. The position is placed at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. As Business Application Owner you report to the Manager of the Digital Channels team in the Corporate Marketing department
Job responsibilities
* Responsible for systems from a business perspective and processes from a global perspective
* Maintenance and governance of systems, following global strategies and priorities
* Support, train, and advise our regional and local departments on best practices
* Team up with IT business partner regarding system upgrades
* Provide support and troubleshooting to regional teams (1st line and 2nd line) and keep documentation up to date
* Counterpart in cross functional collaboration with IT department
* Counterpart in user data quality collaboration
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You are truly passionate about digital marketing & system support and the value it brings to both customers and the business. You are a good communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills, and you know how to improve the user experience by translating regional needs into concrete system requirements. You are a strong team player with excellent presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Working experience in system administration and configuration from a user perspective
* Knowledge in Training departments and training tools
* Experience in system implementation
* Excellent time management and project management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in systems science or equivalent
