Business Application Specialist

The focus within the team lies today on ERP, Financial Applications, with a supporting role with CRM and Office 365.
What the role’s about:
Tobii Dynavox´s new Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of Tobii Dynavox's enterprise applications. You will work closely with our suppliers and mostly around ERP and Finance systems. This includes not only the day-to-day operation, but also improvements and implementation of new functionality. As Tobii Dynavox continues to grow there are opportunities to manage the implementation of new applications.
Your days will be filled with:
Enable Tobii Dynavox's business by providing outstanding service and high-quality enterprise applications.
Manage the Change, Testing, and Deployment for upgrades, new custom functionality, and configuration changes.
Define and create functionality improvements
Support the development of Tobii Dynavox's new business processes and the improvement of existing ones.
Handle tickets and projects.
Manage supplier relationship for some of Tobii Dynavox's software and consulting partners.

Who are you and what are your qualifications?
This position would be ideal if you have worked in an IT support role and want to develop your career in a more business-oriented direction. Or, you might have strong user skills in business applications and business processes and a longing for developing your career in a more technical direction?
To be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Strong problem-solving skills
A Process oriented mindset with a strong technical aptitude
Excellent written and spoken English skills
A passion for helping others through the use of technology and systems

It is a merit if you also have ERP, CRM or other business applications experience (either in a super-user or system administration role).
