Business Application Specialist - Connectivity & Car Sharing
Lynk & Co is seeking a Business Application Specialist to serve as first line support for Connectivity & Car sharing.

As a Business Application Specialist you will be responsible together with the Lynk & Co Service Desk and Geely Group IT team to secure global systems support Connectivity and Car Sharing applications. Your main responsibility is to be an expert in the Car sharing and connectity functions of our mobile app while supporting business in their operations and triaging issues identified from customers or the engagement center.

You will belong to the Business Technology team and report to the Manager Mobile App Platform.

The position will be based in Gothenburg. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

- Take care of issues escalated to mobile app team related connectivity and car sharing
- Troubleshoot problems related to connectivity and car sharing in mobile app platform
- Communicate and clarify issues with teams in mobile app platform, car cloud, and car project
- Coordinate between teams enabling mobile app platform to work end to end
- Support and feed requirements for improvements and new feature development in connectivity and car sharing


Who you are and what you have

- Experience from working with mobile apps and operations
- Experience from car connectivity is a plus
- Payment systems experience
- Testing of software systems and mobile apps
- Experience from coordination between big teams that jointly enable a feature end to end
- You have been working with complex systems and technologies
- If you have experience from peer to peer products, it would be a bonus
- You are customer service oriented with an entrepreneurial approach to challenges
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Experience working in multicultural environment, especially with China is beneficial
