Business Application Specialist (SAP FI/CO)

Our global IT organization is looking to recruit a new Business Application Specialist (SAP FI/CO) to our Finance & HR team with focus on Factories. You will assume a coordinating role and take responsibility for driving related projects and changes to success.

Arbetsuppgifter

You will be our IT Business Application Specialist, closely cooperating with our Finance stakeholders. Together you will continuously develop our IT services towards Finance and align them with our IT strategy and target architecture.

Your position will be permanent, reporting to the Team Manager for the Finance and HR area within IT, and will be based at our corporate Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and take ownership of IT Services for Mölnlycke Health Care Factories.
• Anticipate business requirements through close cooperation with key stakeholders both inside and outside Mölnlycke Health Care. You will work in close liaison with stakeholders in order to understand the business requirements and develop the IT Services.
• Act both as a change manager when defining and executing change requests, as well as a subject matter specialist in projects.
• Continuously improve and follow up existing IT Services.
• Follow up service deliveries from external suppliers.
• Develop the knowledge level for the IT Services of your responsibility.


Utbildning/erfarenhet

You have at least 5 years of documented experience from working with projects and configuration in SAP Finance(FI) and Controlling(CO), perhaps as a consultant. Knowledge and understanding of accounting and controlling is preferred. Experience from working with Human Resources and with SAP HR is considered an advantage.

A Master or Bachelor Degree in IT, Technology, Business or equivalent is preferred. The position will entail working globally with different stakeholders and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.

As an individual you are a self motivated, well organized and service minded. You take initiatives, drive performance and have a forward way of thinking combined with a commercial mindset. You also have a natural curiosity combined with the ability to align IT with business. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy sharing knowledge within the organization.
