Business Application Specialist - SAP MM
Lynk & Co is seeking a Business Application Specialist to support the business users in SAP. 

As a Business Application Specialist for the SAP MM module, you will work in close collaboration together with SAP Product Owners and our global Geely IT team to secure systems support of our SAP platforms. Your main responsibility is to be the expert in SAP MM module and have a good understanding of the connecting SAP modules. You will support the business users in SAP related questions as well as be responsible for training activities.  

You should be skilled in SAP user support, capturing business needs, carrying out initial solution assessments and defining product requirements to support the Product Owners in business analysis and future requirements. You should also have good knowledge of the complexity of integrating systems and platforms that make up the Lynk & Co journey.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU wide responsibility, hence occasional travel may be required.  

What you'll do

- Day to day business application support to business users 
- Provide consultation and initial analysis for SAP MM questions  
- Support and lead user acceptance tests, support and conduct end user trainings and creation of training material 
- Prepare functional specifications and develop solutions together with Group IT application experts 
- Collect and translate new business requirements to IT specifications 
- Support product owner in product roadmap development, analyze business requirements, prioritize and set release scope 
- Manage multiple stakeholders and future project activities  


What you should have

- Strong business understanding in material management and purchasing processes in SAP
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities 
- Tech savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms 
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development 
- Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA - MM solution and its connecting SAP modules 
- Experience in SAP Fiori preferred 
- Fluent in English  
- Experience working in multicultural Pan-European environment
- Experience working with China is beneficial
