Business Applications Specialist to Tobii

Tobii’s IT Department is a corporate function that supports around 1100 passionate Tobiians all over the globe every day.Focus within the team lies today on ERP, CRM, PDM and Office 365. The responsibility is huge: to support all Business Applications for Tobii’s global user base and be accountable for the strategy and application architecture globally.

The role and responsibilitiesTobii´s new Business Applications Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting one or more of Tobii's enterprise applications.This includes not only the day-to-day operation, but also improvements and implementation of new functionality. As Tobii continues to grow there are opportunities to manage the implementation of new applications.

You will- Enable Tobii's business by providingoutstanding service and high quality enterprise applications.
- Manage the Change, Testing, and Deployment for upgrades, new custom functionality, and configuration changes.
- Define andcreate functionality improvements
- Drive the development ofTobii's new business processes and theimprovement of existing ones.
- Manage supplierrelationship for some of Tobii's software and consulting partners.

We are looking forThis position would be ideal if you have worked in an IT support role and want to develop your career in a more business-oriented direction. Or, you might have strong user skills in business applications and business processes and a longing for developing your career in a more technical direction?
To be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

- Strong problem-solving skills
- A Process oriented mindset with a strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- A passion for helping others through the use of technology and systems

It is a merit if you also have ERP, CRM or other business applications experience (either in a super-user or system administration role)
